This initiative provides flexible, modular co-working spaces designed to enhance collaboration and optimise space utilisation. The project incorporates non-toxic fit-out finishes that eliminate emissions known to cause allergies, thereby achieving a high degree of environmental comfort.
Environmental sustainability is accomplished by reducing harmful chemicals and minimising the carbon footprint. Additionally, the incorporation of plantations and natural themes, along with maximised access to natural light, enhances oxygen levels and ambient comfort, significantly contributing to the well-being of the workforce.
