This 16 storey PCA Premium Grade tower has been crafted with ‘best practice’ in mind at all times. Each office floor offers approximately 2100 m2 net lettable area. There is also a conference facility which is located at ground level and blends with the main foyer.
Brookfield Place creates a city square which is well-proportioned with activated edges and rich connectivity, both physical and visual, to the surrounding public realms. A new bridge was designed to link the precinct to a transport hub.
