The 167-meter tower will comprise 30 floors of Grade A office accommodation with premium Grade services. The flexible and efficient side core layout will provide open-plan workspace ranging from 2,150 to 2,300 square metres.
The proposed development has a podium that encompasses a high-quality new retail arcade, end-of-trip facilities, and car parking. The podium responds to the surrounding developments and re-engages with the established streetscape along Bourke Street and Little Collins Street. In effect, the podium will restore the urban rhythm of Bourke Street by responding to the scale and rhythm of the Hoddle Grid, block sizes, and grain of the surrounding developments, which will reflect the historic building patterns along the site.
