Kingsway Baseball Clubhouse

Mike Movaffaghi, as the City of Wanneroo's Senior Project Manager, led the Kingsway Baseball/Softball Clubhouse project delivery.

The existing worn buildings were demolished, and new clubhouse facilities were built to include a new main hall, change rooms, kitchen facilities, and equipment storage areas. The baseball courts’ also were refurbished and upgraded. The design and delivery achieved a high level of environmental sustainability and received positive commendations.
